V27 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

To register and use the v27 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration.
• Are a valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or an individual physically located in Malaysia while using the platform.
• Must not currently be under a self-exclusion period from any gambling platform.
• Must not have any other active v27 account, or any previously closed v27 account resulting from a terms violation.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, active mobile number, and a valid email address. False or incomplete information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances. v27 reserves the right to verify all information provided at any time.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. v27 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

V27 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only:

• e-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and other listed local banks

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, although higher limits may apply to accounts with incomplete identity verification. All deposits are processed instantly, and funds will be credited to your v27 account within seconds of a successful transaction.

V27 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply charges in accordance with their own terms of service — v27 is not responsible for any such charges. Funds deposited into your v27 account are for platform use only and do not accrue any interest.

Withdrawal of winnings from your v27 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — matching the name registered on your v27 account.
• Standard withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours on business days. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer to process.
• VIP Silver members and above enjoy priority processing within 5 to 30 minutes.
• V27 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals of RM 5,000 or more, or for the first withdrawal from a new account.

Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be included in a withdrawal. Only a cash balance that is free from any wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal at any time. v27 does not charge processing fees for withdrawals; however, the receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose charges in accordance with their own policies.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by v27 — including the Welcome Bonus, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and reward points — are subject to their respective specific terms and conditions as displayed on the relevant promotions page, as well as the following general rules:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings from bonus credits can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a RM 100 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM 2,500 in bets.
• Every bonus carries a validity period — typically between 7 and 30 days from the activation date. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games use independently certified random number generators to ensure fairness.
• The RTP (Return to Player) values displayed in each game's information are the original figures provided by the game developer and have not been modified by v27.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, v27's server logs shall serve as the official and definitive record.
• Any winnings arising from system malfunctions, software errors, or bugs that have been deliberately exploited will not be considered valid and may be forfeited.
• V27 reserves the right to void any game rounds affected by technical issues and to refund the original bet amount to the player.

For live casino games with real dealers, all rounds are fully recorded. These recordings may be referenced in the event of any dispute. The final outcome of a live casino game is determined by the physical action captured in the video recording — not by what is displayed on the player's screen, should any discrepancy arise due to network delay.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v27 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

V27 processes all user personal data in full compliance with Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The personal information you provide during registration and use of the platform is collected and processed for the following purposes:

• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, v27 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through activities that violate these terms. Any legitimate cash balance (cash balance with no outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days upon completion of the investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the v27 support team via Live Chat or email. Voluntarily closed accounts may be reopened upon request, subject to an internal review.

V27 provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, v27 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, outages, or periods of unavailability.

• V27 is not liable for any losses arising from internet service disruptions, power outages, or technical issues on the user's end.
• V27 is not liable for any financial decisions made by users based on their use of our platform.
• V27's maximum liability to any user in any given case shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• V27 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or incidental damages of any kind.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through v27's customer support channels will be referred to the relevant tribunal or court in Malaysia.

V27 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through:
